What we are talking about here is the tendency for black Americans to complain about racism in regard to the evil of the day we all have to plough through to reach our goals. Racism is not the root of all evil, the love of money is.

In an article entitled, "YOUR WHINE IS OUT OF LINE," Columnist Jeff Miller reproved superstar McNabb for his racist remark that "black quarterbacks are under more pressure than white quarterbacks."

Miller's take on it is easy to understand. "Skin color doesn't prompt criticsm, unfulfilled expectations do," he wrote.

Seriously consider what McNabb was really saying. He is obviously taking media criticism toward him as racism while white players accept it as part of the job.

The wrong way of looking at what's going on is plaguing black Americans at every level of life. Think about it. Two teams go to war on a hundred yards of turf. They fight their way to goal line with referees blowing the whistle on them if they do wrong. A multitude of fans is watching the contest which has to be as equal as possible or they would not pay exhorbitant prices to come to cheer for their team. There is no greater equality than a professional sports field! How could a man so many admire be so ignorant?

Okay, I hear you. I have to be black to understand. Discrimination only happens to black Americans. Employers in American do not discriminate against the wearing of beards. They do not discriminate against people who do not hide their faith in Christ. As a public preacher, I know what discrimination is. I have gone to jail more than once for proclaiming salvation by Jesus Christ up and down America.

Let's intellectualize. Let's say the stress is caused by the press off of the field, and Donovan McNabb is carrying it with him onto the field. That's what he wants the public to believe isn't it?

Is there any reason why he has to read the press? Does McNabb get paid to win football games or entertain the public through the media? Sticks and stones can break our bones but words ought not to bother us.

Even if there is discrimination out there in America, what difference does it make in the game? McNabb is a rich man. Don't you think he can get anything he wants materialistically with the money he earns? Discrimination might be a little hard to bear at first until you realize bigots are doing you a favor when they expose their "deceitful and desperately wicked hearts." Now you know who out there are not your friends. They have saved you the trouble of finding out the hard way.

Don't you get it? White men rob white men every day in every kind of business there is in America. What makes you think its racism if a white man takes advantage of you? I have been robbed by one white man after another of large sums of money and of of my rights. Their motive was not racist. It was greed!

Let's reverse it. Have you ever traveled deep into Mexico? It doesn't matter if you are black or white. They will attempt to separate you from your money down there. They'll try to do it legally and they'll try to do it illegally. It's human nature. They will take advantage of their fellow Mexicans too.

So why are you whining about racism? Didn't Jesus say the "evil of the day is sufficient." Get closure every day. Overcome evil with good. Don't let the sun go down on your wrath. Be virtuous and prayerful in all things. God created good and evil for all mankind to overcome or be overcome. "Choose this day whom you will serve," and let the Master be your guide.

JIM BROWN ON RACISM:

Jim Brown was probably the greatest running back of all time. He was a superstar before Martin Luther King marched for freedom from discrimination in America. Brown ran through white guys. Big bad white guys. He didn't do it because they were white. He didn't care if they were black or green. He ran through, over and around the opposition because it was one of the greatest callings in the world to prove himself a warrier.

Brown was one of those superstars who interested me in my youth. As an athelete trying to make the pro's, teams were not as important to me as the stars who could do spectacular things. In the decade of Yankee stars Mickey Mantle and Whitey Ford, Jim Brown was the football player the game centered around for me.

I grew up with black Americans with little idea racism existed.

There was discrimination in sports, but on the battlefield of an atheletic contest; participants are combatants supposedly playing by the same rules.

In atheletic war games the best man wins in front of huge audiences. He is a kind of Hollywood star, only he is not acting.

I think that is one of the main reasons black Americans have excelled in professional sports. They were fighting for their manhood which was otherwise denied them in public.

A Prophet could have seen this coming, but God brought in the Apostles speaking divinely as Prophets because He wanted to turn the practice of the faith away from spiritual bankruptcy in Israel.

In America God wants to speed the worldwide predestination forward without turning nations away with the warnings of visionary Prophets, so there are none. Yet, God's people can see the day approaching as the dangers of perilous times increases.

It is difficult for discrimination to sneak into a game where crowds are watching, newsmen are taking pictures, tv cameras are filming with the ability to run instant playbacks before a national audience. So in games the African American has been extremely driven to excel where the pay is great, and celebrity status opens doors everywhere in our nation.

Jim Brown scolded his black brother publicly saying:

In his book "Out of Bounds" he wrote: "Speaking of misguided notions, I was disappointed by Jerry Rice after last year's Super Bowl. Jerry complained that the press did not respect him, and that he deserved more endorsements. Holding up Joe Montana as a comparison, Jerry suggested he had been a victim of racial prejudice."

The press wrote a million glowing articles about the guy, it was the press that voted him Super Bowl MVP. The week after the game, Jerry was on the cover of Sports Illustrated.

Endorsements: you have to lay the groundwork. You have to find a sharp commercial agent, play that whole slick game. Just because you're a super athelete does not mean a company will want to hire you, and it isn't obligated to.

And just because they don't use you doesn't mean it's racial. The Refrigerator is black, dark black, and he got more commercials than any seven white guys. Jerry's performance in the Super bowl was dynamic, it spoke better of him than any commercial, his statements took away from that fact."

There is an "EVERYTHING IS RACISM" attitude among most black Americans in America.

How can you enjoy people of other color with the presumption they are discriminating against you if everything does not go the way you idealistically want it to go. We do not live in dreamland. There is evil everywhere for everyone to plough through spiritually and materially every day.

Did you know complaining is not healthy for you spiritually? King David wrote in Psalms: "I COMPLAINED AND MY SPIRIT WAS OVERWHELMED." Do you want to defeat yourself? Keep on whining.

HOW TO DEAL WITH RACIAL SLURS:

In the following video there is a clear cut case of a racial slur where you can make a difference, however, the raising of a mob which is so convenient to the cowardly is not the answer.

A young African American college student returned merchandise to a store and found a racial slur printed on his receipt.

It was probably meant as a harmless joke rather than the act of hatred many would presume it to be, but it ought to be dealt with for the protection of society.

Christ like forgiveness ought to kick in right away, but not if your first thought is to fix the transgresser one way or another. So who gets hurt but you. Anyone allowing unforgiveness in their heart is quenching love from happening.

Remember the transgresser's Mother may care about her child like the Mother in this film cares about her college son.

It is not your job to judge transgressers, but rather to cure them.

In the below video Dad is right when he says the store should terminate the employee.

Every American company has the responsibility for objectivity in regard to skin color.

      The racial slur was insulting.

To make sure company policy is one hundred percent fortified against any expression of racial hatred, the employee who did it ought to be terminated immediately irregardless of his race.

Blacks need to stop using the "N" word as though you have freedom of speech to call one another what you do not want other races to call you. If no-one else can say it, neither should you be able to say it. If your color continues to police the use of the "N" word, then "N" word police will be needed. Is that what you want?

If you want racial slurs stopped, start with your own mouth!

America needs Federal Legislation outlawing all races from using racial slurs.

Its not your job as a believer to use incidents such as you can see in this next video, to stir up things a little in a forever vain campaign to prove racism exists when everyone knows it exists.

Gathering into angry crowds over some evil does not cure society as we saw in the Watts Riots.

A little match struck in a forest can burn it down.

Here we have a wonderful American family dealing with the problem in a short video.

Deal with transgressors legally within the law as they did.

      Listen carefully to their testimonies.

      The film moves pretty good!
