Knowledge and skill in spiritual warfare makes a difference between success and failure in life.

In the above video, a police officer ignores the warning signs that he is up against Ben Westbrook III, a dangerous criminal when he pulls him over to ask him to turn his excessively loud music down and the driver parks in the traffic lane in the early morning hours when it was black dark.

Instead of approaching with his gun drawn to take command of the situation, he allowed the driver to open the door and shoot him in the face.

The criminal's gun jammed so he tried to pistol whip and kick Officer Steven Rankin to death, instead he succeeded in awakening him to the danger.

Rankin struggled to his feet and ran back to his patrol car where he was able to draw his gun and fire sixteen shots at the criminal's vehicle who drove off and was caught the next day because he used his cell phone.

You will notice in the Scriptures you are advised to "RUN THE RACE SET BEFORE YOU." Everyone has a different battle to fight though the weapons of our warfare are spiritual, we sometimes have to use carnal weapons to fight our warfare.

Jesus said "THE EVIL OF THE DAY IS SUFFICIENT." In other words, don't live in the past or the future. Deal with the evil of the day. Overcome it with good and get ready to do it again tomorrow, but if you find yourself in a situation where you have to kill or be killed; fight for your life with all your might.

Officer Rankin is back in uniform after his terrible ordeal and we are glad for it. He not only fought back against a dangerous criminal, he fought back against his afflictions and is overcoming them; so he is able to function again in his role as an officer of the law but more surgeries on his mouth are needed.

Send your Word and heal him Lord. Amen.

If you don't bring closure to the battles you are fighting today, they will pile up on you and defeat you. Take them one at a time as they come your way and deal with them in the faith that is in Christ.
