There are accident traps for you to watch for, so you don't get caught in them.
Don't trust other drivers or pedestrians signaling for you to move in traffic.

And keep in mind, people are capable of doing more damage to a vehicle you've hit in an accident to raise the amount of insurance money they would expect from the appraiser, so take pictures at the scene if you can.

are making a contract with the transaction; and in paying the other driver you are admitting your
guilt in the matter. If you pay by check, you are leaving a paper trail whereby the victim can
later claim health damages and come back to you for more; causing you financial problems and
insurance problems for not reporting the accident to them.
