THE AMPLIFIED VOICE IN THE ANOINTING:

COMMENTS

"ALL THE HORNS OF THE WICKED ALSO WILL I CUT OFF; BUT THE HORNS OF THE RIGHTEOUS SHALL BE EXALTED." (Psalm 75:lO) The horns of animals can be turned into trumpets blown by individuals. So it is written: "Cry aloud, spare not, lift up your voice like a trumpet, and show my people their transgression, and the house of Jacob their sins." (Isaiah 58:l) When a man of God trumpets the Word of God vocally, his horn will be exalted in the world to come where spiritual power shall be counted as true riches and money will no longer be the dominant force among mankind.
"FOR THE KINGDOM OF GOD IS NOT IN WORD, BUT IN POWER." (l Corinthians 4:20) That verse is too often taken to mean the power to work miracles, but it is also the inward power that strengthened Sampson to slay a thousand God haters singlehandedly. For a public preacher like George Whitefield, the Spirit provided the power inwardly to project the sword of the Spirit so thousands could hear him proclaming the Word of God. "The Word of God is QUICK and POWERFUL..." (Hebrews 4:l2)
"...SHOUT FOR MASTERY..." (Exodus 32:l8) Elijah was able to talk to all Israel gathered at Mount Carmel. There were probably a million Israelites gathered there. Jesus was known to speak to crowds of ten thousand. And he had disciples known as "THE SONS OF THUNDER." (St. Mark 3:l7) John the Baptist came in "THE SPIRIT AND POWER OF ELIJAH,...." (St. Luke l:l7) It is written of Moses, there was "THE SHOUT OF A KING" among Israel (Numbers 23:21) where the entire camp of over a million could probably hear him call to gather. When Aunt Elizabeth saw Mary she was suddenly filled with the holy Ghost and "spoke out with A LOUD VOICE, and said, "Blessed are you among women, and blessed is the fruit of your womb." (St. Luke l:42)
